Jonesborough’s annual Easter “Egg”stravaganza
has a little something for every ”bunny”
Hop on over and join in the family fun at the Jonesborough Parks and Recreation Department for their annual Easter “Egg”stravaganza on Saturday, March 15th beginning at 1pm.
Persimmon Ridge Park will be decorated and ready for the arrival of the Easter Bunny. Easter is right around the corner and the Easter Bunny will be hopping down the bunny trail with 2,000 special filled eggs for children to enjoy!
Soak in the fresh air on this Spring afternoon with prizes, games, food & tons of Easter fun! Eggs will be divided into age appropriate hunts for children 10 and under.

Stay in Jonesborough and give your child an extra Easter treat by attending one of the final showings of The Lion, The Witch, and the Wardrobe that night at 7pm at the Jonesborough Repertory Theatre in downtown Jonesborough. This has been a long time favorite of children and adults and will be starring 40 of our region’s most talented young people!
From Interstate 26 take Exit 38, Boones Creek Road Exit, and turn toward Jonesborough. Go approximately five miles. Turn right at the traffic light onto Highway 11E and travel approximately two miles.
There is a billboard with “Wetlands Water Park” on the left and you will turn left onto Persimmon Ridge Road. Turn right onto Water Park Drive and the park will be on the left before you reach Wetlands Water Park.
